Rizwan 500 Industrial Index

For those who are not used to finance, its just a complete rubbish so dun bother to read more on them.

The recent incorporation of the Rizwan 500 Industrial Index in the Financial Resource Service Centre (FSRC) was sponsored by the Islamic Bank of Rizwan. The purpose of this index is to measure the VIOLENTILITY of us towards HOE ZONG HUAN and as CEO, i'm happy to say that the index is booming rapidly.

Most of you will be waiting to hear the commentary of what happened during the presentation today and i'm happy to give you my version (true and original) of the event.

As my group ( Me, Jia En, Nazreen,Yi Xuan and Grace) was the first to present today, all of us were jittery and nervous about the ordeal. Started off well with my usual carry ball method of greetings: A very good morning to our charismatic and visionary lecturer, Ms Gladys Koh and so on...

Presentation was good as we kept to our limit (although i was presenting off-the-cuff) and everybody was happy. Then the Dark Lord came and crash our joyous moment with 4 distinct question and 2 aiming at me.

1) What are the criterias invovle for consumers to take either premier or private banking?
2) What is the threat for the East Asian Region?
3)What steps should OCBC take to protect fraudulent trades?
4) What is the cost of implementing our Bluetooth system?

I GIA TIO LEH! For the first question, he definitely missed out listening to Nazreen's presentation (mayb having wet dreams of nazreen...oops sowie naz) ,the 2nd and 3rd questions are definitely aimed at me for the purpose of just wanting to shoot me down and the last is to make us look bad.

When Ah Boon's group was presenting, he also shot them down. Was saying things like your plan is not commercially viable and therefore just a dream. I shot him down and asked "Y are you shooting others when they have done nothing to you?"

I mean look at it. Why are you creating trouble for yourself? Is it COMMERCIALLY-VIABLE for you to do so? Let's faced it, for once, can't you adopt humility as your virtue? The guy who dun like to wear pants is more smarter than you and he is more humble than you. Do you mean that shooting others down impress the girls? If your mentality is of impressing the girls, you are disgusting me.

Then came another one. Well known in NYP for the wrong reasons. This is really a unique specimen of his kind that thinks that memorising his script impresses the girls. His presentation totally sux with him trying to be LOUD and at the same time attracts the girls' attention. And wanted to be off-the-cuff like me. Was saying things like HSBC has branches in Hong Kong.......(long pauses)...India.....Paris.....and UAE.

I do find ways to make myself feel good but i dun stoop so low to your level. If you really want to be popular, here's a tip: Stop being dumb and drop all your "impressive acts". Stick to the point and do your work properly.Well, as usual, i shot him down with nonsensical questions to kill him off so that he can never come back to live and disturb me again.

Then came to Lia's group which i must say did an impressive presentation. HZH couldn't take things lying down and attacked her group by stressing things that HSBC is the first in Islamic Banking. Another just becoz it sux. Got shot down by Lia herself and i added fuel to the fire by critising his very existence in FSRC (i'm exaggerating as usual).

But a scene broke out after the presentation finish with Lia attacking HZH with vicious words and he attacked her back by saying "Shut up". Lia was almost at the point of punching his godamn face for good but i stopped her by asking HZH to "Shut up". Mad with fury, i could have just give him a good kick in the face for undesirables like him do not belong to the society. They belong in a special area called Buangkok Green.

For those who are concerned, the Index shot up to 700,000 points during that violent moment and i speculate that it will rise rapidly with my planning to incur more of my wrath on him to annihilate his very existence in this very face of Earth.

Listening to this song really makes me wonder... Have i been foolish with myself? I know i dun have anything that she desires but i just can't get her off my mind. She looks so angelic in her own way but whenever she saw me, she will turn devilish and brushed me off like i'm some dirt.

I noe that she's avoiding me coz i'm like some pest that is irritating her. It hurts and i'm mortally crushed these few days. Its as though your heart is like a paper being scratched, stabbed and torn into million pieces. There's not much i can say but here's to you, You Are CRUEL.

Saturday Night Fever

Finally i woke up from my deepest sleep ever.

Saturday was the most exciting night for me. After a hard day at work, i went to meet up with my swissotel colleagues cum close friends; Rizwan, Aishah, Lydia, Alang, Jaya and Bert to go zouk.

Had my patience running thin with me having to wait for the entire gang who practices janji melayu (malay promises) and ended up at zouk close to 10pm. After buying the discounted tickets at 12 bucks, we went out to Great World City for them to have a drinking session and pass time until 11 plus before reentering zouk.

Not much of a party animal myself, i wasn't so interested in all those gyrating dances that were both cool and disgusting at the same tyme. The music and effects were superb and i began to dance bangra after being prodded by my friends. Was looking for Liling and Amali but none of them were present to enjoy my second night clubbing.

Aniwaez, went home at 4 plus and was horribly tired. Btw, to my FSRC gang, i have neglected my part 3 these few days. Wasn't in the mood to do work but i promise a masterpiece for the project tomolo.

Hypocrite

Defination:Hypocrisy is the act of pretending to oppose a belief or behaviour while holding the same beliefs or behaviours at the same time.

Am i a hypocrite?

I've been asking that question for a few days now. Been thinking hard about my attitude and how i approach people. I admit it. I am loyal to all my friends coz i treasure their friendships but there are people who i have nvr considered as friends. I've been acting like a 2-faced guy to them: Being the innocent looking guy in front of them but at the back, i'm bad-mouthing them.

Dear god, what is becoming of me? Why i finally feel weird after doing all this? I should have been like Poon. Despite not liking the person, he didn't show it. Just like because he sux. Yes, he was infamous for his arrogant and bragging attitude. Every body agrees with that but did i have to rub salt to his wound?

I told him the event only lasted an hour after he declared that he can go for the event. And i was proud to tell every body that i stopped him from coming. It does feel good but inside, you won't know how guilty i feel. Am i a hypocrite?

Next, there is a lady who i admired alot in the previous stopover. Yes, she's cute and have a pair of mesmerizing eyes. And i like the way she became interested in all my stories. I felt that i was in heaven every time she does that. But when the truth was revealed, i became a different person altogether. When she started to avoid me, i became moody. Whenever someone says something about her, i will give a bad impression of her.

But i feel bad after doing that every time. And when she attempted to make friends, i avoided it. Yes, i wish we were back to being innocent but i just can't change. What is becoming of me? I admired her alot but does it give me the right to be a hypocrite after rejection?

To those who were affected by my hypocrisy, i apologise. I know there can be no way to reverse the mistakes i had done but i hope that with this simple apology of mine, things will change.

The Humble Beginnings...

Well, that's it.

I finally created my first blog and this is my first post.(A remarkable achivement for a stupid guy like me)

I would like to thank my mother, father, brother, sisters, friends in anticipation,colleagues in csc and the list go on and on for them to witness this memorable moment of mine.

Enough of the lame shit, well,
Today feels like the first day of my nightmare. Departing from CSC, the best place to work, was painful enough with all those fun and memorable moments that can never be bought or sold. FSRC was a totally new experience for me. We started the stopover with squabbling who to take who and how to save our asses from those who cmi (cannot make it) and proceeded with the project with a heavy heart. As quoted from yong xian, "y the hell are we doing financial stuffs that none of us have ever done?"

Aniwaez, miss all those in csc, anticipation and my other friends who have guided me in my painful journey in life.

The next zhong huan in my title simply represents the experience i had in csc. I tried to express my feelings but i was treated like the next zhong huan (a key pervert in sbm, nyp) with sudden cold wars and bitterness in the looks of her eyes.

Well, Mythili is someone fun to have around in CSC with her support for me and zeb's bangra dances. She also taught Lia how to play those computer games. And this special message for her is due to the sweet message she gave me to stop smoking (I will but not too soon). She's one of the best friend i had and somehow she always gets the bad calls (like the "Dosen't mean i'm on the phone you can do whatever you want. Sit down and do your homework!"). I miss singing this song and irritate my angel, the famous silent killer of CSC. Hor Yin Xin, a sweet lady who was bestowed the honour to be my angel had never failed in her duty. She gave me gifts that was both memorable and i will always treasure them. To my angel, wo xi huan ni.

Lastly, Yin Xin was a special lady that is bestowed with the gift of an angel. Despite me being irritating to her, she always has this blushing smile that is angelic. That smile will always be etched in my heart.

Memories in CSC

This post is dedicated to all my dearest friends in csc.

CSC(DBS) was and will always be the best place to work. Memories that we had there such as playing ping pong, checkers, murderer, baseball and many more can never be forgotten. Despite our differences, we manage to gel and bond together so easily. The strictness in CSC have never spoilt our moments of fun and i will treasure every single moment of it. Okay, now for the individual testimonials:

Zeb (My Best Buddy)

Zeb, a charismatic tango guy who keeps everyone at ease when he's around. Zeb was my most trusted buddy in csc and whenever i had problems (baju hijau), he's the first to noe. We all miss his professionalism in making the calls and his long hair. He was my singing buddy, bangra partner and promoter of the line dancing. There were many things that we had done together and it felt as if it was just yesterday that we were having fun. It had been an honour and pleasure to have met you in this phase of my life.Cheers to Zeb.

Ming Hao (Partner-in-Crime)

Ming Hao, the most handsome chinese guy (as per lia), was my partner in csc. We started off challenging each other to finish our quotas but he soon gave up half way. Ming Hao was a nice friend to have with his knowledge in excel and that he was sensitive to others' feelings ( "No, its okay" unlike zeb's "no, i dun wan!") and he was a great player in ping pong. He was bestowed the title "Traditional Chinese Man" for his creativity and willingness in creating the lantern and putting up the decorations for the lunar new year.

Kian Boon (My Mortal)

Ah Boon, dun be angry if i disturb your gf. I'm jus joking lah. Ah Boon suffered alot as my mortal. He got alot of junks and even a playeur magazine that made him angry for the rest of his day. Boon, i apologise if i make you angry in some ways but it was not my intention. Hope you like the last gift. Ah Boon was a great guy to be with and i've never met someone that was as good as Boon. He plays soccer well and was the best ping pong player csc ever had. Cheers to our time in FSRC.

Di Hua (My Gay Partner)

Dh was the scariest guy i ever met when i first enter csc. He was close to the girls and i envy his charms coz it seems to attract girls well. However, things change when you grew close. DH was one of the best striker csc had and that he can really brighten up someone's day. He's always cheerful and creating jokes to inject laughter into csc. To Dihua, i appreciate your friendship and it was an honour to be in the same stopover with you.

Fiona ( Human Resource Director)

Should you have any difficulties in looking for a job in the future, please contact Fiona. She's one of the most hardworking gal i ever met and i admire her steadfastness in doing her job. It was fun knowing you and going out together. Those fun times we had is irreplaceble and you will always remain in my heart as a true friend.Cheers to Fiona and have fun in ERMS.Btw, Zeb is really a nice guy:P

Hannah ( Where's my crutches?)

It was fun knowing you and all those trips we had. Me and Lia misses those sounds of your crutches coz we are used to having you around for the past 9 weeks. We had fun going out together and it was an honour to serve you as the Head of Security, Madam President. Well, all the best for your future endeavours. She also have a cute voice.

Huan Ling ( Tough competitior)

HL loves to compete with me. Well, i accepted her challenge and it was fun having a challenger in doing the surveys. HL is one of the best caller in CSC with her politeness and courteous manner. As i stress during the debate, HL is the best example for an agent who conducts the best call in CSC and my toughest competitor. Good luck to your future.

Dinah (Diet)

She simply loves to diet despite protests from everybody. As i quote from Lia "Stop dieting. You look good in your present way"

Jie Jun ( The Quiet One)

JJ is always quiet and keeps to herself most of the time. Well cheers to you jj.

Wee Leng (The Mature One)

The most serious and mature lady in csc. Although she's older than me, she has this charismatic charm that makes her outstanding from the rest. Cheers to you Wee Leng.

Dalilah (Mummy)

Without you Dalilah, csc will never be as fun as this. She's truly the Mother of CSC with her laughter that will make everyone laughing even if we just had a bad day. Her favourite word "corporate" (say cor-pe reeet) will get every body in stiches and make every body's day.

Khadijah (Gangster)

Gangsterism was legalised ever since you entered CSC. Without your air of supremacy, CSC will never be safe and secure from outsiders. Your booming voice thunders across the class and will make everybody at ease knowing that you are there. Thx, khadijah.

Nicole & Liling (Smokers' Gang)

Li Ling is the best darling i ever had and i will really miss your company. Nicole is the quiet one but loves to play diner dash. Both are the best company i can ever wish for whenever i go smoke. Cheers to both of you and i will miss you liling:(

For those whose name is not inside, please do not think that i despise you or anything. You have a dedicated post all to yourself. Anticipation

Well, i plan to post 5 posts to my blog today so here goes the second one:

This post will be dedicated to the members of Anticipation (Sports Club)

To begin with, the previous outing we had (night cycling, for more details go to poon's) was simply a memorable and exciting experience we had. The host was more than generous in providing good food and tons of it to prevent certain members from complaining that the food is not enough. The place had a nice and welcoming feeling with a spectacular environment and i applaud the host for all those things that he had done. Now, to the commentaries on all the members of the club:

Poon Chien Wei (Secretary-General of Anticipation and Honourable Member of "Just Becoz it Sux")

Poon, a nice guy who is serious 10% of the time mostly childish for the rest. When i stepped into NYP, Poon was one of the first few friends i made and we have grown to be more like brothers. We are there to support each other and fooling around and he has become one of my confidante. Poon is the main backbone for most of the projects i had with him and i admire his candour in settling disputes. Poon is one of those few that i noe that earns my utmost respect and admiration for all the things that he had done. A charming and charismatic guy who noes how to handle situations well and sensitive to those who are around him. Cheers to Poon.

Yeo Bee Kim (Founder and Designer of Anticipation)

Kim is an exceptionally wonderful friend who take care of her friends well. She was there for those who needed her care and concerns although she got a slight phobia of me when i jokingly told her that i like her. I admire her creativity with her constant videos during projects and her antics whenever i go out with her.

Ho Weng Kin ( Head of Security a.k.a Pai Kia)

Weng Kin earns my respect for his constant pai kia antics that not only made everyone feel secure but at the same time at ease that we have somebody to fall on should there be any problems. We were sworn to be brothers from year one and we have lived to being brothers for the rest of our lives. When he lim bei bui song somebody, the person will be hated by me and vice versa.

Tan Yun Ting (Organizer and Planner)

TYT is the most excellent planner and organizer i have ever met. Whenever she organizes an outing or a chalet, she will receive overwhelming responses. She is the main pillar of the class that most of the gals fall back to although i disagree with her sometimes. Thx to her, most of the outings were successful and we appreciate her jokes that spices up our day (although she can be lame at times).

Chia Jia En (member)

Jia En is one of the most auntish lady i have ever befriended. She is always mciting (tsk tsk) almost everyday and will complain alot whenever she faces some problems. Nevertheless, she's a wonderful friend to have with her constant antics and her sunshine face that brightens up our day. Despite her silence, she can make people laugh with her actions.

Andy Tay (member and promoter of "Just becoz it sux")

Andy is 100% serious and sleepy for most of the time. He sleeps at 9 everyday and is the earliest in school. Andy is a silent killer that will surprises you at times. Although he is reserved most of the time, when you desiao him, he will be so fierce that will spook you for the rest of your life. Try disturbing him when he's drunk and it's either you get a lashing from him (i'll tell your grandfather) or end up with punches from him.

Quek Suyu (member)

Suyu is the most quietest lady i have ever met. If you ask her a question, its either she answers with a word or smile blushingly. Nevertheless, she's a great company to be with.

Zhi Wei is the computer geek that will tell you all the games that he had played and will always be stuck to his PSP every time you see him. We appreciate his presence in the group for he brings laughter sometimes.

Aishah is one of the most strongest lady i have ever met. Cycling with her is fun coz she was the centre of the attraction that attracted a stalker and had the group on alert with weng kin keep wanting to bash that guy up (to show his affection).
